Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Creating engaging content such as images, text, videos to be shared on social media platforms
  • Collaborating with other teams to develop and execute social media campaigns.
  • Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, feedback and responding appropriately.
  • Analyzing and reporting on social media performance, including engagement, reach and ROI.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors to promote the company.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Managing social media advertising campaigns, inclusing creating and monitoring ads, targeting audiences, and analyzing performance.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and the ability to think out of the box.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc and paid social media advertising & targeting strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and management for a well reputed organization.
