  • Testing and optimizing campaigns to improve performance and achieve better results
  • Collaborating with other teams such as design, product, and sales to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Staying current with industry trends and developments to ensure that campaigns remain relevant and effective.
  • Continuously analyzing and adjusting strategies to achieve better results.
  • Managing the budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Digital marketing expertise: Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Content creation and management: Ability to create and manage various forms of digital content, including blog posts, videos, images, and infographics.
  • Data analysis and interpretation: Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Creativity and innovation: Ability to think outside the box and come up with new and creative ideas for campaigns and content.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, including management, sales, and external partners.
  • Technical skills: Basic understanding of web development, coding, and graphic design is a plus.
