Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefit changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Plan and execute employee events, such as company outings and team building activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are consistently followed.
  • Assist with performance management, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with HR laws and regulations, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality HR and administrative support.
