Associate Project Coordinator

We are looking for an industry-experienced Associate Project Coordinator

Job Description

  • Assist project manager in resource follow-ups and task planning
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Review and reporting for over/under planned resource
  • Should be able to interact with client interaction and coordination
  • Assist Project Manager in the implementation of monthly deliverables
  • Keeping Projects status updated on a daily basis to ensure timely delivery
  • Track teams, attendance, leaves and highlight exceptions


  • Prior experience of coordinating tasks and management of resources is desirable
  • Should be proactive and a keen learner
  • Responsive and good communication skills
  • Command over office applications
  • Trello, Excel or any project management tool
  • Self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
